In 2010, Jupiter completed the construction of a 50-story apartment residence featuring 389 studio/convertible, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom apartment homes, with three-bedroom penthouses available on the top two floors. In addition, the property contained a 600 car parking facility and 14,000 square feet of retail. The property is located at the corner of Washington and Wells in the Chicago Loop. 215 West was designed with the environment in mind and is one of the first apartment high-rises in the Loop to receive LEED certification - delivered on time and under budget.
