Donald A. Smith Chairman & CEO
Earned a degree in political science and economics from University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill) and an MBA in finance from Emory University (Atlanta, GA). Worked with Jupiter as a Senior Lending Officer at the Continental Bank and came to Jupiter in 1981.
E. Michael Pompizzi President & CFO
After earning a bachelor of science degree in social studies from Villanova University (PA) , worked for Germantown Savings Bank in Philadelphia, then for Westinghouse Credit Corporation in Washington, D.C., where he developed one of the largest borrower relationships - Jupiter. He joined the company in 1987.
Jerry J. Ong Executive Vice President
Earned a bachelor of business administration degree from Ohio University (Athens) and an MBA from the American Graduate School International Management ("Thunderbird", Phoenix, AZ). Worked with Swiss Trust, Fidinam, S.A. and subsequently worked independently in investment sales. When one of his clients, Jupiter, asked him to manage its portfolio, Jerry moved one block north and joined Jupiter in 1990.
Madeline A. Hall Senior Vice President
Earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Calvin College (MI) and an MBA from the Northwestern University in Finance and Marketing. Worked with Jupiter as a Regional Manager for their Chicago office portfolio while at PM Realty Group. Joined Jupiter in 1996.
